 The site is well known for its rich culture, literary accolades, recognition in the field of art, places of religious importance, teamed with numerous rivers and vegetation that projects the feel of a well preserved village. We have taken this into account while designing this commercial center so as to enhance and promote the very aesthetics of the location, as well as gain inflow of customers to develop business and convert the area into a hub of bustling activity, without spoiling the essence of the little town. The ground and first floor levels have been pulled back a little to avoid direct rays of the sun in the evening. This helps to decrease ac load and maintain a comfortable temperature within the building.
